About Christine

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit, I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to my work. My path to Psychotherapy has been shaped by a rich background in Healthcare and Education, as well as personal journeys through many of life’s transitions. These experiences fuel my passion for walking alongside others with curiosity and empathy as they navigate change, challenge, and growth. Therapy is your space to breathe, reset, and begin showing up as the version of yourself that feels most authentic.
I work with a diverse range of person-centred therapeutic approaches, tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client. I integrate evidence-based methods, including compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, somatic experiencing, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. I strongly believe in meeting clients where they are, creating a solid therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and genuine curiosity.
If you’re experiencing a significant life change, trying to understand your emotions, or seeking a deeper insight into yourself, I’m here to support you with care, collaboration, and hope. I understand that talking to a therapist can be intimidating, but you’ve already taken a crucial first step by reaching out. I invite you to take the next step by sending me a message.
I look forward to hearing more about your healing journey and how I can assist you.
“A good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.” -Carl Rogers
