Services

My goal in working with you is to provide you with authentic and genuine human interaction. Sharing in all the ups and downs that come with the journey. From this point on, you are not alone. Together we can work towards inner peace to find your authentic self.

As a therapist, I use an integrative client-centred framework. What does this mean for you? It means that connecting with you is my priority. Building a foundation of safety and stabilization together, then working collaboratively with empirically proven (research baby) ways to get you towards your goals. We are a team, so your input is just as valuable. If you have a suggestion or recommendation, I want to hear it! Feedback at any time is much appreciated.

    A Little About Me

I appreciate that we need to look at a person as a whole, including mind, body, and social aspects. All are interconnected, and we might as well utilize their benefits. As such, you can find me outside on the nature trails in any weather! I am an avid (yet slow) runner and participate in obstacle races, trail races and that one time – a triathlon. I am a geek about gut health and use my dog as an excuse to get off my butt and move (even when I don’t want to). But don’t get me wrong; I love me some good take-out food so I don’t have to cook!
