Home much does it cost?

Session fees vary by length and clinician experience. A 50-minute session costs $150 with Ashley, $130 with Shelley, and $50 with Aaron (sliding scale available).

Counseling is an investment in your well-being, covering not just the therapist’s time but also licensing, supervision, education, and secure communication platforms to ensure quality care.

How soon can I start?
Right now. Reach out for a free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit to work together.
How many sessions will I need?

We can’t predict how long it will take to ‘fix’ what has been going on. Typically, I suggest we work together weekly or biweekly to start to get results.

Will your services be covered by insurance?

Not by OHIP, but many extended health plans cover mental health services. Coverage varies, so check with your insurer. Ashley is a fully licensed Registered Psychotherapist with CRPO. Shelley is a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) with CRPO and Aaron is a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) who is completing his Master’s degree. For insurance purposes, services can also be supervised by Stephanie Moffatt, a Registered Social Worker.

Can you direct bill?

Unfortunately, no. You can pay for services via credit card or e-transfer and a receipt will be provided to submit to your insurance for reimbursement directly.
